CUSTOM FRAMER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE

About the Role

Perfect position for designers and art lovers! You will be designing the perfect frame for customers' artwork, from prints and canvases to jerseys—options are limitless. Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions and help customers shop our store.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Embrace and execute personal designer strategies using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for in a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive even in difficult situations and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames, and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

• Public retail store setting; all public areas are climate-controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled.
• Some outdoor work, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Pay

Total base pay range for this position: $15.25 - $17.90 per hour. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
