Precision Cabinets is seeking a full-time Custom Cabinet Builder to join our Production team. This role is responsible for building high-quality custom cabinetry according to engineering drawings, production specifications, and company quality standards. Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics and proficiency at reading Cabnetware and Cabinet Vision drawings
• Create accurate cut lists using woodworking knowledge and precision measuring techniques
• Cut, assemble and finish components to produce high-quality custom cabinetry
• Crosstrain and provide support to other departments, as needed
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols

Requirements

• 5+ years of cabinet assembly experience required; experience in custom cabinet production preferred (e.g. kitchen hoods and island cabinets)
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and team-lift/carry 100+ pounds
• Communicate clearly in English to perform job‑related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members
• This position involves the use of safety equipment, including respirators or protective masks; to ensure proper fit and compliance with safety standards, facial hair may need to be trimmed or maintained within required guidelines
• Highly dependable, with the ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
• Skilled in precision measurement and the operation of hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
