Requirements and Skills
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using a variety of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude, valuing collaboration and communication.
