Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Trade school preferred for woodworking or cabinetry experience.
• At least 5 years of woodworking or cabinetry experience, especially in custom work.
• Proficiency in woodworking techniques, joinery, finishing, and reading technical drawings.
• Skilled with woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving, craftsmanship, and safety commitment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment & Compliance

• The role involves standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in a shop with dust, noise, and machinery.
