About the role

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in various weather conditions, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations, with work assignments varying throughout the week and the season. You will work both independently and as part of a team, gaining new knowledge and skills through job experiences and company-provided training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate agriculture equipment such as John Deere R4038 or R4044 Sprayers & Spreaders with luxury cabs
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Adapt to varying work assignments throughout the week and season

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching difficult areas
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment testing and background check

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for equipment operation and job-specific skills.
