About the role

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in good weather, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agriculture equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training
• Work independently and with a team
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations
• Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Entry level encouraged to apply
• Will be trained in the equipment used and given the skills and knowledge to be successful in the job and build a good career
