About the role
Twin State, Inc. / Liqui-Grow is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1958. It operates 12 retail locations and 3 manufacturing plants, providing quality products and services to its customers through in-house agronomists and local sales personnel.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and make repairs and maintenance on pumps, piping, tanks, application and nurse equipment, forklifts, pickups, and rolling stock.
- Maintain containment dikes and load/unload pads, mixers, and any other capital assets on the property.
- Ensure all equipment and rolling stock are repaired and maintained before the Fall/Spring seasons.
- Decide whether specific repairs should be performed by plant personnel or an outside vendor.
- Organize and maintain a record-keeping system to schedule maintenance activities on all plant equipment, rolling stock, and fixed assets.
- Maintain, organize, and stock parts and tools in the shop.
- Welding skills are preferred.
Requirements
- Pass a pre-drug test.
- Have a good driving record.
- Have or be willing to obtain an Applicator's License/CDL. Twin State will facilitate this process.
- Ag equipment experience is ideal but not required.
- Willingness to be trained on equipment and maintenance procedures.

Skills
- Strong leadership and supportive colleagues.
- Knowledge in agronomy, sales, operations, or mechanics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in welding (preferred).
- Understanding of Twin State’s safety manual and compliance with company and OSHA standards.
