Twin State, Inc. / Liqui-Grow is a family-owned and operated company established in 1958. It operates 12 retail locations and 3 manufacturing plants, providing quality products and services through in-house agronomists. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and perform repairs and maintenance on pumps, piping, tanks, application and nurse equipment, forklifts, pickups, and rolling stock.
  • Maintain containment dikes and load/unload pads, mixers, and other capital assets.
  • Organize and maintain a record-keeping system for scheduling maintenance activities on all plant equipment, rolling stock, and fixed assets.
  • Stock and maintain parts and tools in the shop.
  • Work cooperatively with all full-time and part-time employees to foster a spirit of teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Participate in training activities to learn about products and their benefits to farmers.
  • Apply purchased fertilizer and pesticides in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure application equipment has necessary safety equipment and is utilized.
  • Inform the location manager and team about all operations.
  • Help maintain the retail facility as time allows.

Requirements

  • Pass a pre-drug test.
  • Have a good driving record.
  • Have or be willing to obtain an pesticide applicator's license and CDL.
  • Experience with application/ag equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to be trained on equipment and maintenance procedures.

Skills

Welding skills are preferred but not required. Knowledge of Twin State’s safety manual and compliance with company and OSHA standards is essential.

Benefits

  • Hourly potential: $25 to $28 per hour, based on experience and overtime hours.
