Custody Partnership Lead - Private Markets Network
About The Role
Wealth management is entering a structural transition where private markets are increasingly integrated into managed and discretionary portfolio environments. Scaling private markets within managed accounts requires custodians operating under a shared, rules-based standard for safekeeping, settlement, and asset servicing, rather than bespoke, bilateral arrangements. The industry has marketplaces for private markets, but lacks a commercial and operational custodian base capable of supporting scalable, standardized infrastructure. APL provides the managed account operating foundation, while Altic offers the rules-based network and lifecycle coordination layer for private markets operations. Together, these capabilities aim to create a scalable operating environment for both public and private investing within wealth management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Direct exposure to custodian platforms supporting registered semi-liquid fund structures in US asset management or custody operations
Owning commercial and operational relationships with large financial-services firms over multiple years, not single transactions
