About the role

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the manufacturing facility, including production support areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, and appliances.
• Complete periodic deep cleaning according to schedule.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
• Commitment to working safely and understanding all safety protocols is paramount, ensuring that all procedures are followed to minimize risks and hazards.
• Handle deviations in routine according to operating procedures and/or work instructions.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all testing standards and procedures, and data accuracy to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines to avoid operational disruptions.
• Communicate safety, quality, and other issues with supervisor and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties.
