We customize janitorial and facilities-maintenance programs for clients in many industries, including distribution, fitness, grocery, retail, and transportation. Responsibilities

As a Porter/Custodian, you will be responsible for keeping our facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone. Your duties will include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining like a pro
• Taking out trash and recycling like a sustainability superhero
• Restocking supplies, emptying wastebaskets, and replacing liners as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, basins, and urinals
• Sweeping and damp mopping floors with disinfectant
• Spot cleaning soiled areas when needed
• General cleaning (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, others as assigned)
• Stripping & Waxing - Wet Floor Care
• Use of equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers
• Refilling all restroom dispensers as needed
• Performing assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer

Qualifications

You should be able to perform the essential functions of this position, including:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis
• Operating small power tools safely and effectively
• Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned
• Standing and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders
• Working independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment

• Day shift
• Weekend shift
• 4am - 9:30 Mon - Sat

Travel is required.
