Custodian-Smoky Mountains Resort

About the role

This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas that include offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities include cleaning the sales center and other sales areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning/sanitizing/stocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
• Perform cleaning; trash/recycling removal of all common areas and office areas.
• Removal of pool towels from pool areas.
• Perform cleaning of the exterior and interior cleaning of offices and common area.
• Stocking linen closets.
• Delivering villa inventory.
• Reporting lost & found.
• Assisting with directing guests to amenities.
• Projects of all sorts for maintaining the resort's cleanliness and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
• Skill in attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
