We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The posting includes "About Us" and "Job Overview". We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We must not repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, privacy policy, etc. Also remove "Disclosures" etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: About Us paragraph, Position Location, Job Overview, Responsibilities (list), Pay Rate, Job Requirements (list), Working Conditions (maybe part of Requirements?), Physical Requirements (maybe part of Requirements). Also maybe "Benefits" not mentioned except "competitive compensation and benefits package" in About Us but not specific. So we should not create Benefits section unless specific benefits listed. There's no explicit benefits list, so omit Benefits. Pay: we have Pay Rate: $24.06 + $6.75/hr H&W Fringe Cash-Out = $30.81hr. So we can include a Pay section with that info. Schedule: Not explicitly given; only "Work hours are subject to change, with overtime, nights, weekends and/or holiday work as needed." That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section. But we must only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it. The schedule info is present: "Work hours are subject to change, with overtime, nights, weekends and/or holiday work as needed." That's specific enough. So we can include Schedule. We also have "About Us" content; we could use heading "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. But we can still use About Us as heading? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not strict list; we can use About Us as a heading? Probably better to use "About the role" but the content is about company, not role. However we could keep "About Us" as heading; it's still a section heading. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So we can use About Us. We also have Job Overview; could be part of About the role? Might combine. But we can keep Job Overview as a paragraph under About Us or separate heading like "Job Overview". The instruction didn't list Job Overview as example but we can still use heading if we want. However better to follow examples: maybe use "About the role" for overview. But we have both About Us and Job Overview. Could combine them under "About the role". But we must preserve all substantive information; we can put About Us paragraph then Job Overview paragraph under same heading or separate headings. Safer to keep both as separate headings: About Us and Job Overview. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. So okay. Now we need to format lists: Responsibilities list: many items separated by periods. We need to convert each duty into
  • . The responsibilities block includes sentences separated by periods. We'll split each duty. Let's extract responsibilities: - Able to do a variety of tasks in any single day. - Plan, organize work, and meet all deadlines. - Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, refrigerated water coolers, custodial mop sinks, restroom sinks, urinals, showers, and toilets. - Responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. - Replenish supplies in restrooms, facilities, etc. - Responsible for ensuring all dusting (both high and low) areas are maintained as necessary and polishing furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment. - Wash windows (both interior and exterior), mirrors, and walls. Washing windows may require the use of ladders. - Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles. - Move and arrange furniture and equipment for cleaning and replacement when completed. - Responsible for cleaning window blinds either Venetian or vertical as required. - Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities. - Perform specialized projects such as restoration programs on floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, and other items. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Timely, cost-effective performance of duties. - Timely completion and accuracy of all work. - Adherence to contract requirements and CSEL policies. - Working closely and harmoniously with fellow workers. - Adherence to all safety and health rules and regulations. - Responsible for the timely reporting of accidents, injuries, “near-miss”, and hazardous situations. That's many. Job Requirements: Mandatory list: - General knowledge of hand and power tools. - Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Must have excellent organizational skills. - Mature judgment and ability to work with little or no supervision. - U.S. Citizen or legal resident alien. - Valid state driver’s license with excellent driving record (must provide current driving record). - Must be able to pass background investigation. Then Working Conditions: paragraph. Physical Requirements: list: - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as required. - Must be able to load/unload materials, tools, and equipment. - Involves walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching. We could combine Working Conditions and Physical Requirements under Requirements or Qualifications. But we can keep them as sub-sections? The instruction only wants sections like Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Working Conditions and Physical Requirements under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they are requirements, we can include them in Requirements section as list items. Thus Requirements section will include both Mandatory and Working Conditions and Physical Requirements. We need to avoid repeating info. Now Pay section: include the pay rate. Schedule section: include work hours subject to change, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Disclosures, EEO, Privacy Policy, etc. Also remove "Position Location" line? It's substantive: "Position is located onsite in San Diego, CA." We can keep that as a paragraph under About Us or Job Overview. Could be its own short paragraph. We must not include "Job Overview" heading if we already have About Us? But we can keep. Let's structure:
