Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience preferred as custodian or maintenance worker
- Knowledge of cleaning and operation of cleaning equipment
- Black Seal License (required)
- CDL License with Passenger/School Bus endorsement (must be obtained within 6 months of employment)
Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance of building and grounds area
- Sweeping, dusting, damp mopping, scrubbing, washing, cleaning, and buffing
- Disposing of refuse
- Cleaning walkways
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the Building Principal
Pay
$45,000–$67,930
