Custodian Night Lead - Jr. High

Essential Functions

• Assists with site snow removal in the preparation of night events.
• Cleans assigned facilities and/or grounds.
• Consults with administrative personnel.
• Delivers a variety of items.
• Distributes custodial supplies and equipment.
• Informs students and other site personnel.
• Inspects facilities and components.
• Maintains supplies and equipment.
• Manages preparation, set-up, and take down of events.
• Makes sure activities are safe.
• Oversees facility maintenance activities and assigned custodial personnel.
• Performs minor job-related maintenance on custodial equipment, classroom furniture, and fixtures.
• Prepares written materials.
• Prepares site for daily operations.
• Replenishes classroom and rest room supplies.
• Responds to immediate safety and/or operational concerns.
• Sets up and secures facilities and grounds.
• Supports other site maintenance staff.
• Trains assigned personnel.
• Transports a variety of tools, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars.

Requirements

• Age 16+
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
