About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Mount Mercy University campus facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and restocked as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in custodial work is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work long hours
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification (optional)
