As a Mobile Workforce Technician II, you will travel with a team to various commercial buildings, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Schedule

Choose from the following shifts:

• Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Monday to Friday 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform all Technician I cleaning responsibilities
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as:
  • Auto-scrubbers
  • Floor buffers
  • Burnishers
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as:
  • Floor scrubbing
  • Tile and grout cleaning
  • Specialty floor maintenance
• Safely use and mix approved cleaning chemicals, following chemical dilution procedures
• Handle stronger disinfectants and floor care products, following S.D.S. and chemical safety protocols
• Serve as backup driver for mobile workforce teams, safely transporting team members and equipment between job sites
• Support route coordination when needed
• Assist Technician Leads with complex tasks
• Help train Technician I employees on cleaning procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Previous janitorial, facilities, or cleaning experience
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
