We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to travel with a crew to various commercial buildings, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum interiors of commercial buildings.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as leaf blowers, pressure washers, buffers, floor scrubbers, ride-behind/ride-on machines, trash compactors, and baler machines.
• Maintain cleanliness in office settings, garages, and warehouses.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.
• Travel to different locations as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Good communication in English and teamwork skills.
• Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling 25–50 pounds; standing for extended periods; working in all weather conditions; and performing tasks such as stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and pressing.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Monday to Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Monday to Friday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Sunday–Thursday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay

Hourly rate: $19.00
