About the role
Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Custodian for their property at Lincoln, Lee, & Heritage in Hastings, NE. The position involves regular travel between assigned properties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Property Appearance & Cleanliness
- Follow Safety & Equipment Procedures
- Monitor Property Conditions
- Support Maintenance & Property Operations
Qualifications
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy (or ability to learn property systems)

Compensation
*$18 - $20 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
