About the role
The Custodian I maintains clean, safe, and well-organized facilities by performing cleaning, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Clean offices and public areas
- Manage waste and recycling
- Inspect buildings for repairs
- Set up meeting rooms
- Maintain grounds, including snow removal and landscaping
- Assist with fleet vehicle transport and inventory management
- Ensure safety compliance and provide courteous public service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant experience
- Valid MN driver’s license
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
Physical requirements
- Moderate physical activity, including lifting and operating maintenance tools
- Exposure to chemicals, noise, and outdoor elements
