About the role

The Custodian I maintains clean, safe, and well-organized facilities by performing cleaning, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and public areas
• Manage waste and recycling
• Inspect buildings for repairs
• Set up meeting rooms
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal and landscaping
• Assist with fleet vehicle transport and inventory management
• Ensure safety compliance and provide courteous public service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of relevant experience
• Valid MN driver’s license
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment

Physical requirements

• Moderate physical activity, including lifting and operating maintenance tools
• Exposure to chemicals, noise, and outdoor elements
