9:30am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (off Saturday and Sunday). Travel not required.
About the role
The Oklahoma Memorial Union is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This position is considered essential personnel.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation throughout offices, meeting spaces, event venues, and public areas within the Union.
- Assist with room setups and event support by arranging, moving, and resetting tables, chairs, and other furnishings to accommodate meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Ensure the facility remains attractive, functional, and ready to support the needs of the campus community.
Requirements
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.
- Hiring contingent upon a background check and Post Offer Employment Testing (POET).
No formal education or prior experience required.
