About the role
This role involves providing comprehensive custodial care within school buildings, including dorms and classrooms.
Responsibilities
- Prepare spaces for the next day by cleaning, dusting, and tidying
- Sweep, mop, vacuum carpets, and operate autoscrubbers
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers
- Restock disposables and supplies
- Wipe mirrors and windows
- Maintain entrances and secure facilities after hours
- Perform occasional tasks such as snow removal, event setup, and moving furniture
- Follow CDC COVID-19 cleaning standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Willingness to operate lifts, trucks, and equipment
- Certification in ISSA training is encouraged
