About the Role

Join our Sparkle Squad! We're looking for a reliable porter/custodian who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll be the behind-the-scenes legend that keeps our facilities fresh and safe for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining floors
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Restocking supplies, emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, basins, and urinals
• Sweeping and damp mopping floors with disinfectant
• Spot cleaning soiled areas when needed
• General cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and other areas as assigned
• Stripping and waxing – wet floor care
• Using equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers
• Refilling all restroom dispensers as needed
• Performing assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer
• Performing all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and a love for cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
• Performs all tasks within proper safety guidelines
• Follows all company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis
• Operating small power tools safely and effectively
• Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned
• Standing and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders
• Working independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment

Pay & Schedule

Travel is required. Available shifts: Day shift, Weekend shift, Monday to Friday 5am to 10am, Saturday 5am to 10am, Sunday 7am to 12pm.
