About the Role

Join Prestige Maintenance USA's Sparkle Squad as a Porter/Custodian. You will keep facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone while ensuring spaces are organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining all surfaces
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues
• General cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and other areas as assigned

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and love for cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and get the job done

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis
• Operating small power tools safely and effectively
• Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned
• Standing and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders
• Working independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment
