Custodian Full Time PM Shift

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

About the role

This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. You will also clean the sales center and other sales areas, perform thorough cleaning of all common spaces, remove trash, organize pool chairs, restock restroom supplies, and assist with various projects to maintain the resort’s cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of restrooms and breakrooms
• Remove trash and recycling from all common areas and office areas
• Remove pool towels from pool areas and organize/clean pool chairs
• Clean exterior and interior of offices and common areas
• Pressure wash buildings and common areas
• Conduct basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris
• Stock linen closets and deliver villa inventory
• Report lost & found items
• Assist guests by directing them to resort amenities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines
• Self-directed and detail-oriented
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, 1 year of driving experience, and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines

Schedule

• PM shifts from 2:30pm–11pm
• Weekends and holidays required
• Consecutive days off during the week
