Custodian- Cobb County

Part-time, fully onsite position at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, Georgia, reporting to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain bathrooms using specific procedures and products.
• Dust, polish, and wipe furniture.
• Empty and wash garbage bins; handle recycling procedures.
• Vacuum flooring throughout facilities using upright or wide area vacuums.
• Assist in setting up facilities for meetings, events, or classrooms.
• Properly use and maintain power equipment and tools to ensure safety.
• Secure buildings and doors when not in use.
• Follow instructions regarding chemical use and safety hazards in the workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Able to perform tasks such as moving, carrying, and storing items.
• Able to walk, stand, kneel, and reach as required for cleaning.
• Able to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Able to work with a team.
• Reliable and willing to perform assigned daily tasks.
