We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content includes: - Classification Summary: description of position: full-time non-exempt, reporting to Parks Maintenance Supervisor, duties etc. - Duties And Responsibilities: essential functions list. - Other Responsibilities Or Job Requirements: timesheet, snow removal, etc. - Physical Demands: description. - Work Environment: description. - Travel Requirements: limited travel. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications, License and/or Certifications. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: knowledge, skills, ability. - Closing Statements: some generic statements (emergency, subject to change). Probably we can drop as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but maybe considered generic. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Closing statements may be considered generic but they contain some info: emergency work, subject to change. Might keep? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine some. We need to decide sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications + license), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Physical Demands maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but we can include as part of Requirements or as its own section if substantive. Work Environment maybe also part of Requirements. Travel Requirements maybe part of Requirements. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not provided. So we should NOT include those sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to extract details and format them. Let's parse. About the role: Could be the classification summary paragraph(s). We'll combine into a paragraph. Responsibilities: Duties And Responsibilities essential functions list plus Other Responsibilities Or Job Requirements. We'll make a list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications, License and/or Certifications, maybe also Travel Requirements? Could include travel as part of Requirements. Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. We also have Physical Demands and Work Environment; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements as subpoints? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could add a subsection under Requirements using

    • for physical demands and work environment. Or we could create separate sections but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into Requirements as bullet points. Travel Requirements also could be under Requirements. Thus Requirements section will contain bullet points covering qualifications, license, travel, physical demands, work environment. Skills section will contain bullet points for knowledge, skills, abilities. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat headings like "About the role" if not present; we create it. We must not include job title heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include boilerplate like "Any position that lists a minimum qualification..." maybe considered generic but it's substantive? It's about providing proof of documentation. Might keep as part of Requirements? It's a statement about documentation. Could be included as a bullet. "In the event of an emergency, employees are required to work to provide for the safety and well-being of the public, including the delivery and restoration of vital services." This is substantive; could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate bullet under Requirements. "This job description is subject to change..." generic but maybe keep as note. We need to decide. Better to keep as bullet under Requirements: "Must provide proof of documentation for minimum qualifications if selected for hire." "In emergencies, employees must work to ensure public safety and restore vital services." "Job description subject to change as needs evolve." Now let's craft.
