Custodian

Responsibilities

• Pick up waste
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean and restock bathrooms
• Clean windows and other stations
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and machinery (when required)

Requirements

• Follow directions and cleaning check lists
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper storage and disposal (a plus)
• Ability to learn and operate forklift and other cleaning equipment
• Ability to use and operate ladders, vacuums, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Use and operate a computer or tablet for record keeping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required

Pay

Starting rate: $18-19/hour, may vary based on experience.
