Custodian

Job Summary

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Custodian. The preferred schedule for this position is Monday, Thursday and Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, and Saturday & Sunday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months of building cleaning experience preferred
• Must have current CDL, and have current DMV clearance
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Indian preference

Essential Job Duties

• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum
• Dust, wax, wash and polish furniture and woodwork
• Wash windows, walls, window shades and windowsills, ledges and Venetian blinds
• Clean heating and air conditioning ventilators
• Clean and dust books and shelves and polish metal work
• Clean and disinfect rest rooms
• Empty and clean waste receptacles
• Turn out lights and lock doors and windows: activate alarm system as required
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean
