About the Role

The PPS Company Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all company facilities, operating under company guidelines and policies while performing daily custodial activities.

Responsibilities

• Collects trash and any loose debris and places into designated containers.
• Clean and sanitize all restrooms.
• Sweeps and mops hard surface floors.
• Vacuums all area rugs, conference room(s), carpeted offices, and stairwells.
• Cleans kitchen/breakroom area(s) including counters and floors.
• Dusts and polishes furniture in common areas as needed.
• Uses basic cleaning compounds and disinfectants.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable form of transportation.
• Works independently with little to no supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must consent to a pre-employment criminal background check and potential drug test.
• Must furnish a clean motor vehicle report.

Pay

$20–$24/hour, depending on experience, with a potential increase after 60 days based on ability.

Schedule

Part-time, up to 30 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM start time.

Local travel between all three company buildings is required. A fuel stipend will be provided.
