Custodian

Musictoday is seeking a Custodian to provide cleaning services for our main office building and warehouse. This non-exempt role involves routine custodial tasks, special cleaning projects, supply maintenance, and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, buff, and wax floors; clean carpets and interior glass as needed.
• Clean and fully restock bathrooms and break rooms daily.
• Empty trash and recycle bins, dust offices and conference rooms, and inspect exterior building grounds daily.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and keep equipment in good working order.
• Carry out special projects and assist with cross-functional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of custodial experience in a professional or warehouse office environment.
• Able to be on feet and perform physical labor all day, climb stairs/ladders, and move between buildings on foot.
• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, with the ability to maneuver/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required; ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing duties, activities, or responsibilities as assigned.

Pay

$15.00/hour

Schedule

Morning or afternoon shifts with flexibility in scheduling.
