About the role
The role involves maintaining facilities, cleaning, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- Clean restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing small electrical issues and minor plumbing repairs
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Assist with special events and emergency situations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Experience in custodial or maintenance work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
