Custodian

Provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. Performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

Responsibilities

• Heavy cleaning of assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies, etc.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor

Requirements

• High school graduate preferred
• Six months to one year of custodial experience
• Experience working in a senior environment preferred
• Floor technician experience required (2+ years)
