Custodian

About the role

The Custodian is a proactive and critical resource responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. This individual must be self-managing and always staying ahead of their duties to successfully keep the facility sanitized and laundry completed.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, laundry, bathrooms, vents, and breakroom
• Disinfect commonly used items like tables, sinks, and floors
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Maintain outdoor grounds by cleaning up trash and emptying trash cans
• Replace trash bags and take out trash throughout the day

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning products and how to use them safely
• Knowledge of how to use cleaning utilities
• Organizational skills
• Great work ethic and attitude
• High-energy personality to keep up with fast-paced environment
• Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S.36-2801.10
• Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S.36-2804.01
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S.36-2804.01 and A.R.S.36-2801.10
• Valid Arizona State Issued ID

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
