Custodian

Join our team at the Liberty Lake dealership, where you’ll keep our facility clean, organized, and welcoming for customers and employees every day. This hands-on role blends janitorial work with light maintenance—ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices details, and is eager to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily janitorial duties throughout the dealership
• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, customer areas, break areas, hallways, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies as needed
• Help keep the dealership clean, organized, and presentable for customers and employees
• Perform small building maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters and light upkeep around the facility
• Report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to management
• Assist with basic dealership upkeep inside and outside the building as needed
• Safely use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
• Jump in where needed to support the team
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience is welcomed, but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Willingness to help with a variety of cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, tools, trash bags, and other items up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to use janitorial equipment such as vacuums, mops, brooms, cleaning carts, and basic hand tools
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
• Ability to climb a step stool or ladder for light maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift

Pay

$18 - $19/hour, depending on experience
