Custodian

• To perform duties in all areas including the warehouse, shipping, receiving, roof, outside area and grounds in a safe and efficient manner.

Must be able to follow written procedures. Perform all responsibilities following Food Safety, Personal Safety and Quality policies and procedures. Notify supervisor of any problems with equipment.

• Clean and maintain the organization of the Sales Center: compacting cardboard and bailing for pickup, sweeping and mopping, collecting and disposing of plastic wrap, and maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot and grounds.
• Follow specific instructions in pest control.
• Perform duties assigned from the Regional Sales Manager/Operation Sales Leader.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning performed.
• Inspect areas requiring attention.
• Keep manager informed of any unsanitary practices that may be occurring in the Sales Center.
• Performs repetitive tasks and follow instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements.
• Participate and successfully completes all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
• May be assigned additional responsibilities and duties by the supervisor.

What We Need From You

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• 1-3 Years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
