About the role

Help Keep Our Facility Looking Its Best!

This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests, staff, and visitors throughout the clubhouse and event spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders and maintenance tasks based on priority
  • Perform interior and exterior cleaning throughout the clubhouse and Event Center
  • Absorb and maintain floors, carpets, walls, windows, bathrooms, appliances, and common areas
  • Vacuum, sweep, clean tables, and maintain indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Help maintain walkways by removing leaves and debris
  • Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
  • Move and arrange furniture for events and daily operations
  • Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues
  • Work closely with management and staff to ensure facilities remain clean and inviting
  • Support additional facility and seasonal projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic knowledge of custodial tools, cleaning techniques, and facility maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling as needed
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service

Pay

  • $16.00–$17.50/hour based on experience
