Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all indoor and outdoor facility areas.
- Vacuum designated areas and sweep, mop, or scrub floors; operate floor scrubber as needed.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including windows, walls, tables, countertops, and cameras.
- Disinfect and restock bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, dispensers, towels, and soap.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including refrigerators, microwaves, floors, and surfaces.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies for bathrooms and storage closets.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.
- Assist with physical tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Adhere to all company health, safety, and sanitation policies.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of standard custodial procedures and cleaning practices.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and chemical handling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods and use hands and fingers.
- Frequent walking, with occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $17.50
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Benefits: 401(k) offered after 2 months of employment, Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment, Vacation and sick time available after 3 months of employment.
