Custodial Team Lead-U, A&F West Campus Building Serv
About the role
The position involves leading a team of Custodial Workers and ensuring efficient operations within assigned areas. It is a 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 10pm to 6:30am schedule.
Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings for health and safety hazards.
- Provide information for work orders.
- Complete any project work deemed necessary by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Clean furniture, walls, windows, floors, fixtures, and equipment.
- Remove trash.
- Remove snow and ice from walkways.
- Make minor repairs to equipment.
- Inventorize, pickup, or deliver supplies.
- Train employees.
- Follow Standard Operations Procedures.
- Perform related duties based on departmental needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of housekeeping experience.
- Some floor care and computer experience.
- Ability to count, read, write, add, and subtract.
- Ability to understand warning signs.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
