About the role

The role involves leading a team of custodians in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage and train the custodial team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address urgent cleaning needs promptly.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet departmental goals.
• Ensure adherence to environmental policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively and motivate employees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to custodial work.
