Custodial Supervisor

LB&B Associates Inc., a nationally respected leader in facility management and operations, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Custodial Supervisor to support the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, North Carolina.

About the role

Supervise and lead custodial staff for the Mecklenburg County Courts on the evening shift. This is a full-time position based in Charlotte, NC.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 12:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead custodial staff, including schedule preparation and oversight.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all work specifications are met to the highest standards.
• Perform administrative duties, including completion of necessary forms and submittals.
• Manage and monitor custodial supplies during your shift.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and provide on-the-job training for your team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for court staff and visitors.
• Experience with marble polishing and maintenance, carpet care, and snow removal.
• Knowledge of recycling, HAZCOM waste handling, and waste removal.
• Expertise in floor maintenance, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and use of both automatic and manual floor machines.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years custodial supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
