Custodial Staff, 2nd Shift

Duties

• Cleans all surfaces in assigned areas.
• Performs floor care in assigned areas.
• Removes waste from assigned areas.
• Maintains equipment and reports maintenance and supply needs.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all constituents, including faculty, staff, students, vendors, visitors and the community using positive communication skills and established protocols.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in the custodial field.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in the custodial field (preferred).

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Skills

• Knowledge of best cleaning practices.
• Ability to operate equipment used in providing custodial services.

Pay

Minimum starting salary: $31,200.00.

Schedule

Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
