Role Overview: As a Custodial Services Worker I, you will maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across assigned facilities to ensure health and satisfaction for clients, guests, and employees. Key Responsibilities Perform custodial and floor care services following established schedules, procedures, and safety standardsClean and sanitize restrooms, floors, walls, windows, and fixturesOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot custodial equipment such as vacuums and extractorsManage waste and recyclable materials according to proceduresRestock supplies, maintain cleanliness of storage areas, and report maintenance needsAssist with room setup, furniture movement, and emergency cleaning dutiesFollow safety policies, including handling bio-hazardous materials and securing facilitiesComplete necessary documentation and training Qualifications And Skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekendsProfessional interaction with guests, clients, and coworkersCapacity to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds for extended periodsPerform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
