Essential Duties And Responsibilities Clean and maintain casino floors, restrooms, lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other public areas.Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas.Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.Respond promptly to spills, safety hazards, and guest service requests.Maintain cleanliness of gaming areas while minimizing disruption to guests.Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Follow all company policies, departmental procedures, and safety guidelines.Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members at all times.Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning assignments as needed. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
