Custodial Services Worker

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas to meet client standards.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment, and dispose of trash safely.
• Report maintenance issues and secure the facility by locking/unlocking as needed.
• Protect company assets and ensure security protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle hazardous chemicals safely.
• Friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods; may require PPE and uniforms.
