Custodial Services Worker

Role: Custodial Services Worker responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various locations. Key Responsibilities Follow procedures to ensure a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations.Maintain a clean and orderly environment to promote health and safety.Clean assigned areas to meet company and client standards.Operate, maintain, and clean housekeeping equipment accurately.Properly dispose of trash and transport it to designated areas.Report maintenance issues via work orders.Secure facilities by locking/unlocking as needed and protect company assets. Qualifications & Skills Previous custodial experience preferred.Ability to follow safety procedures and handle hazardous chemicals safely.Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor with guests, clients, and coworkers.Adaptability to guests’ needs.Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods; may require uniforms and PPE. This role involves physical tasks and a focus on safety, cleanliness, and security, providing an opportunity for professional growth and skill development.
