About the role

As a Full-Time Custodial Lead, you will oversee daily custodial operations in various sites. You will lead a team of custodians in executing thorough cleaning procedures, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of excellence. Your responsibilities include assessing cleaning needs, developing efficient work schedules, and addressing immediate challenges on the spot. You will conduct inspections to uphold quality, provide training and direction to team members, and foster a culture of customer-centricity through exceptional service. Additionally, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
