Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial operations in various sites
• Lead a team of custodians in executing thorough cleaning procedures, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of excellence
• Assess cleaning needs and develop efficient work schedules
• Address any immediate challenges that arise on the spot, demonstrating your problem-solving skills
• Conduct inspections to uphold quality
• Provide training and direction to team members
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity through exceptional service
• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring their satisfaction
• Promote a clean and safe environment, embodying our company values of humility and empathy while driving a high-performance work ethic

Qualifications

• Must clear an OTIS background search
