CUSTODIAL LEAD

Purpose The Custodial Lead provides day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the custodial team while helping ensure that the church and school facilities are clean, safe, sanitary, orderly, and properly prepared for ministry activities, school functions, worship services, events, and daily operations. The Custodial Lead is a working team leader who leads by example. This position is expected to actively participate in custodial work while helping organize the team, communicate priorities, monitor quality, address issues, and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed. The Custodial Lead understands that maintaining the campus is a team effort. The Lead works cooperatively with Facilities Maintenance, Ministries, Church and School Staff, volunteers, and other employees to provide a clean and welcoming environment for students, families, congregation members, visitors, and guests.
