Custodial Attendant

About the role

You’ll work in a fast-paced entertainment environment, contributing to the cleanliness and guest experience of our casino and common areas. This role is part of a team that ensures our properties maintain high standards while supporting a fun and diverse workplace.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Clean slot machines, ash trays, trash cans, restrooms, windows, ledges, restaurants, lighting, walls, counter tops, furniture, and decorative objects in the casino or common areas.
• Vacuum carpet, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean spills promptly.
• Clean up biohazardous materials following established guidelines.
• Remove trash from containers and dispose of it in dumpsters.
• Use cleaning solutions and equipment properly.
• Replace toilet tissue and refill paper towel dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture, marble, brass fixtures, floor plates, entrance door brass, and kick door brass plates.
• Clean escalators and elevators.
• Remove glasses, cups, paper, and debris from assigned areas per procedure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction.
• Ability to operate equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mops, and brooms.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.

Pay

Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of a competitive Total Rewards package.
